ChoppyCast offer AI-driven forecasting for retail, connecting pricing, replenishment, and staffing in one intelligent layer. Developed and supported by the Norwegian company Frivind AS.
Our team.
Frivind AS is a professional team of meteorologists, engineers, programmers, and business developers with broad expertise in mathematical modeling and programming. Through development, analysis and continuous operation of the models, we have good insight of consumer habits.
We are located in Sogndal, west in Norway, where we meet the impact of mixed weather every day. This gives us a drive to use complex weather data to improve costumer experiences.

Since 2011, we have supplied a broad range numerical data to our customers.
In 2016, we started within the retail industry working with the food chain Meny and Innovation Norway, and analyzed how weather conditions affects consumer behavior.
We found significant connections, and several areas with great potential for improvement within production, logistics and personnel planning.
